BROADWAY BRASS LIMITED T/A CHROMEFIX – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Broadway Brass Limited, trading as Chromefix ("Chromefix", "we", "us", or "our"), whose registered office is at Units 1-3 Brunswick Industrial Estate, Hertford Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B12 8NJ.
1.2 By using our services, you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
2.1 Chromefix provides chrome plating and other metal finishing services ("Services") as described on our website.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our Services at any time without prior notice.
3.1 All quotes provided by Chromefix are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3.2 An order for Services is placed when you have accepted a quote in writing and paid any required deposit.
4.1 Payment for Services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
5.1 Chromefix shall not be liable for any loss or damage to items being plated or finished, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
5.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our Services.
5.3 Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Services shall not exceed the price paid for the Services in question.
6.1 We do not offer refunds for Services once the work has been completed.
6.2 If you are not satisfied with the quality of our Services, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the work and, if deemed necessary, offer to rework the item at our discretion.
7.1 All intellectual property rights in any designs, logos, or other materials used by Chromefix in connection with our Services shall remain vested in us.
8.1 We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
8.2 We will use the personal data you provide to us for the purposes of providing our Services, contacting you regarding your enquiry, and sending you promotional offers and other relevant information.
9.1 We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
